At Elite Matcha, we sell mocha-inspired tees, sweatshirts, and tote bags designed for Gen Z — bold, comfy, and made to vibe. We take quality seriously and want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, or

  • The product was not delivered

If your order meets either of these conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@elitematcha.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Returns requested after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design preferences

  • Normal wear and tear

Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A refund or replacement will be issued based on the situation

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at hello@elitematcha.com so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
